Trinity Business Center

The Trinity Academy Business Center is an eight-acre development located on the northeast corner of the school’s property. The primary purpose of the development is to provide a long-term endowment for financial aid and capital improvements. The Business Center is a wholly owned real estate investment company owned by the school.

“Trinity understands that education is changing,” said Pete Ochs, board member. “Rather than raise tuition at an unsustainable rate, we’re looking at fresh ways to provide funding. The business center is an innovative idea in education that will help make Christian education affordable for many families. Providing a hands-on, real-world place for students to learn virtuous business is tremendously valuable too.”

The Business Center has space for five businesses.

The first business, Omnicut Motivational Fitness Center, is a private gym. The facility was built in 2021 at the north end of the Trinity football stadium and track. The 20,000 square foot building includes 10,000 square feet on the main floor for Omnicut, and 10,000 square feet on the bottom floor for Trinity. Trinity’s locker rooms and training rooms open directly onto the stadium.

Valley State Bank is the second business. VSB opened in 2022 and offers internships for students interested in pursuing a career in Finance.

Plans for the third business, Goldfish Swim School, are nearing completion (as of May 2024). Goldfish Swim School trains 0-12 year olds to swim, and will employ 60 teenagers.
